A magical rainforest filled with strange fruit and improbable creatures. Featuring digitally animated projections by Austrian artist collaborative OMAi with visual artist Robin Vuchnich, this Night Bright event (free ticket required, see below) brings to life the magic of the forest. Fun for all ages with forest-themed art making, live critters from the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, a performance by Cirque de Vol, and more! Music, food trucks, beverage tent. After dark OMAi and Robin Vuchnich project their creations on a wall of East Building during two performances. Plus, join in the fun for a 10-minute digital painting session (separate paid ticket required, see below) with OMAi’s Tagtool app at ...provided iPad stations. What you create will be incorporated into the main animated projection also featuring work by OMAi and Ursula Gullow on a wall of East Building during two performances.
